Cal Clear is a privacy-first scheduling app for freelancers, consultants, coaches and small teams. Share a booking link and Cal Clear checks free/busy across every Google account you connect, so meetings never land on top of each other, even when your work and personal calendars live in different accounts. It only checks when you're busy and never reads your event titles, and booking pages carry no analytics or ad trackers. Spam bookings are blocked with invisible reCAPTCHA, rate limiting and email verification, and auto-delete controls let you decide how long booking data is kept. The free plan includes one booking link with unlimited calendars checked, no credit card needed. Pro is $0.99/month for unlimited booking links. Team plans are flat-priced instead of per seat: Team is $10/month for 2–10 people and Business is $25/month for 11–50 people, with a 30-day free trial.
