Automation is very simple and powerful for transactional email such as Birthday invitation. Forms can be integrated with any platform via HTML code. **What do you dislike about Cakemail?** There are many issues I had encountered, Contacts cannot be deleted permanently from the account. Recently they had changed the pricing without any communication or notice which lead to opting for a paid plan as we were testing the product. Short URLs cannot be used for email campaigns. **What problems is Cakemail solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was a nice tool for campaign and marketing with a higher rate of conversion. Can able to schedule the campaign for future dates.
