What do you like best about CAKE?

What do you like best about CAKE?

The best thing about Cake is the support from our Success Manager - Luke! I'm not sure where we would be without him. He has been crucial to successfully setting up, learning and utilizing the system. Quite frankly: he may be the best support person I've had with any solution. What do you like best about CAKE?

The folks at CAKE are always willing to go the extra mile- whether it be walking through the same presentation x5 for new hires, or their quick responses to help solve problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CAKE?

Once in a blue moon CAKE can be "buggy" (as with probably any platform) and I've noticed that pulling links sometimes doesn't work with the Chrome browser. Opera has been my go-to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
