The shorter explainer videos are great, better than the walls of text The team was great, they gave fast, thoughtful responses when I had detailed questions about audits and compliance. They were willing to give sandbox access quickly so we could actually click around, not just watch a demo. Overall their CS team seemed genuinely invested in making the rollout work The team we worked with was very responsive, had excellent knowledge of the platform, and made implementation (from another platform) a breeze! **What do you dislike about Cake Equity?** Compliance / audit story is really good, but not yet as familiar to investors and auditors **What problems is Cake Equity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cake provides us a safe way to our cap table and make equity a lot more understandable for employees. It is intuitive to work in. Easy to download the cap table. **What do you dislike about Cake Equity?** We are in the US and support is in Australia so there is a delay for me in getting my questions answered. **What problems is Cake Equity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our cap table became to confusing and difficult to keep up to date. Cake solved that problem. It is complicated so there were a lot of things to learn but I was able to do it. Mistakes are also easy to fix which has been great for me! Onboarding was fairly easy though it might have been a bit more smooth if there had been more questions asked before creating our cap table in Cake. We also used the valuation option and that was easy as well. As easy as any of this financial stuff can be. ### 3. If I bring my own financing documents, I have to collect the money separately instead of through Cake.
