I really enjoyed the entire process of investigating Cahoot as a 3PL solution for my Amazon selling account. While I ultimately elected to not partner with Cahoot at this time, it was in part because they advised against it. That's right, their honest assessment came back with a clear explanation of why Cahoot isn't the right partner with us given our current situation. They even were able to identify who in the marketplace might provide services better suited to our unique situation than themselves.

Cahoot's platform offers a clean & Intuitive design that allows for seamless navigation for both new and experienced users. The automated shipping label creation function eliminated 60% of our need to manually create shipping labels daily, which in turn gives 2-3 hours in saved time throughout the day.

The support ticket system allows for fairly quick responses if issues arise.

The creation of international shipping labels can be a bit wonky. Occasionally, the rates displayed versus the shipping rate that is applied after the label generation is different. More than likely an API issue, but we're almost 3 years in and the issue persists.

Editing product data/creating alias SKUs after the SKU is live on a particular sales channel(I.e Walmart), is impractical and can't be done with assistance from the customer support team. This is not an unworkable issue. However, If you utilize multiple variations of SKUS for identical products, confirm your product data is correct before implementing the system. The Cahoot software is very well thought out, with many unique features that set them apart from the competition. What was really a game changer for us is the fact that the software does rate shopping automatically and when we came in each morning to the office the labels were ready to be printed, saving us a tremendous amount of time and giving us the peace of mind that we are paying the lowest rates for our shipping. This enabled us to keep up with spikes in demand, such as when COVID-19 hit and Amazon FBA was backlogged for 2 months.

I also love their built-in WMS tools, such as "Scan to verify" which essentially guarantees we are shipping the correct item every time!

Finally, Cahoot has a customer support that really listens to the feedback of their users, and is constantly looking to improve their product. We started with them when the software was still pretty new, and they implemented many changes based on our feedback. This is not something to take for granted! When we started using Cahoot they did not support all the channels we sold on, which meant that we still needed to use another shipping software for other channels. Today they support many more than just Amazon, including eBay, Walmart and Shopify, but they still don't support some of the more niche marketplaces. Their full list of integrations is clearly published on their website, so make sure they support the channels you sell on.

Over the last three years, Ive had the opportunity to with many of the features of Cahoot.ai and I must say that it has completely changed my view of order processing! The platform is definitely for me and for those looking for the ability to fulfill orders without the warehousing, labor and all the additional costs associated with fulfilling online orders. They have a network of hundreds of warehouses across the country, so they are easily able to reduce shipping time and shipping label costs by relaying orders to the warehouse closest to the buyer.

As I started using Cahoot.ai, I was blown away by its easy interface and user-friendly functionality. It's clear that the developers put a lot of thought into creating a solution that enables seamless communication, efficient teamwork, and easy / cost-effective order fulfillment. The platform that Cahoot.ai provides for both CFPs and merchants is nothing short of amazing. Merchants can track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and identify potential shortages in real time, allowing them to proactively address issues and keep customers informed. This level of transparency greatly improves customer relationships and creates confidence that buyer needs can be consistently met.

The tools set up for me as a CFP enable myself and my staff to expedite hundreds of orders per day, with scanning and verification components ensuring that every order is the right product, quantity, and packaging. Shipping costs are reduced for sellers and buyers' complaints are reduced because orders are guaranteed to be shipped on time and at the lowest price.
