CAFMTEK is a computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system built by HITEK AI, a facility management software company based in the UAE with an office in Saudi Arabia. It gives facility teams one system for the asset register, work orders, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reporting. Requests can be raised by tenants and staff, including through a WhatsApp chatbot, then assigned to technicians, completed on site using the Android and iOS mobile apps, and closed with a full record against the asset. AI features are included as standard, not sold as add-ons: - Fault detection and diagnostics: when a sensor reading crosses a set threshold, CAFMTEK raises an alarm and creates a work order automatically, assigned to a technician with the right skills. - Predictive maintenance and anomaly detection: flags equipment such as HVAC units and main distribution boards that is showing early signs of failure. - Suggested PPM intervals: recommends maintenance frequencies for each asset based on its fault history. CAFMTEK connects to IoT sensor data and integrates with ERP systems for procure-to-pay. For organisations that need CAFM alongside other HITEK AI products, such as safety management, CAFMTEK is also available as part of Maestro FM, HITEK AI's unified FM platform. CAFMTEK is built for facility management companies, property owners and in-house facility teams, from single buildings to large multi-site portfolios.
