The interface can be tricky to navigate because of having to click forward and backward between pages. **Recommendations to others considering Cadmium Events and Education Platform:** The Cadmium Events platform should be a consideration if you plan a conference to ensure those who submit a proposal have a smooth entry point and experience participating in your event. **What problems is Cadmium Events and Education Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cadmium Events platform has helped my organization apply to participate in multiple conferences in an efficient, team-based manner, so all the work doesn't fall on one team member. The staff is very helpful, but should be more proactive. **What do you dislike about Cadmium Events and Education Platform?** Not enough training available. While it is nice to have conference calls to address challenges, I believe more on going training is better. Also, I don't like having to transition from one project manager to another. You should be assigned one expert for the entire process..scorecard, harvester, etc. **What problems is Cadmium Events and Education Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have become more efficient. **Official Response from Michael Doane:** > Hi Linda, thank you for your review!
