"Reliable Platform for Scalable Design Systems"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fidelity CFD Platform?

The Fidelity CFD Platform stands out for its intuitive UI/UX, cohesive design system, and efficient workflow management. It makes it easy for teams to create, manage, and scale design assets while keeping consistency across products. I especially appreciate the seamless integrations with existing design and development tools, which strengthen collaboration and cut down on manual effort. Performance remains reliable even when working with large design libraries, and the onboarding experience is clear and straightforward for new users. Overall, the platform has helped our team boost productivity, speed up design delivery, and improve the quality and consistency of our digital products. Its ongoing enhancements and strong focus on usability make it a valuable solution for modern product and design teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fidelity CFD Platform?

While the Fidelity CFD Platform offers strong overall value, there are still a few areas that could be improved. Some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve for new users, and certain workflows take multiple steps that could be streamlined. At times, navigating large libraries or working within complex projects feels less intuitive than it should. More customization options, deeper integrations with third-party tools, and additional AI-powered automation would further boost productivity. Enhancements to reporting, search, and bulk management features would also help teams work more efficiently day to day. Even with these opportunities for improvement, the platform remains reliable and effective for supporting design system management and cross-functional collaboration. "Fidelity CFD’s Hex-Dominant Meshing and GPU-Accelerated Speed Shine"
5/5
What do you like best about Fidelity CFD Platform?

What I like best about Fidelity CFD is its highly efficient and robust meshing capabilities, particularly the automated unstructured hex-dominant meshing (Hexpress). It saves an immense amount of time when dealing with complex, dirty geometries common in turbomachinery and external aerodynamics, without requiring extensive manual CAD cleanup.

Additionally, the solver speed and accuracy for high-fidelity simulations—especially when leveraging GPU acceleration—are impressive. The integration of the various tools into a single, unified platform significantly streamlines the workflow from preprocessing to post-processing, making design iterations much faster and more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fidelity CFD Platform?

What I dislike most about Fidelity CFD is the steep learning curve required to master its advanced scripting and custom macro environments. While the unified user interface is improving, users transitioning from legacy NUMECA tools (like FINE/Turbo) can find the workflow changes somewhat disruptive initially.

Additionally, the licensing cost can be quite high for smaller engineering firms or specialized teams. The advanced physics models and optimization modules are excellent, but setting them up requires extensive domain expertise, and the documentation could sometimes benefit from more deep-dive, practical tutorials for edge-case scenarios. "Great for CFD Simulations: Airflow Analysis, Hotspot Validation, and Cooling Optimization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fidelity CFD Platform?

It’s great for CFD simulations. I like the airflow analysis and hotspot validation, and it also lets us do cooling optimization. We can simulate fluid-flow problems easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fidelity CFD Platform?

The setup phase—like configuring the missing factors and solvers—is a bit time-consuming. I was expecting some AI support here, where auto chat or data fetching could be used to speed things up. Also, one more thing: the time it takes is literally more than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
