Despite exploring alternate providers, Cademy remain a superior option. Cademy's customer service is exceptional. The team are always incredibly quick to respond, super helpful, and friendly. Their website is also filled with hundreds of handy FAQs, guides, and video tutorials. The platform itself is user-friendly while giving lots of option for tailoring how courses present to the end-user. **What do you dislike about Cademy?** Very little if anything at all. If I'm being particularly fussy, the fees are quite an investment however these are acceptable given the level of service provided. **What problems is Cademy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cademy helps me market my courses to my clients in a straightforward way with a professional look. Cademy allows me to automate many of my processes, saving me an enormous amount of time. ### 2. I’ve used a number of training platforms over the years, and I can honestly say the customer support at Cademy is a million miles ahead of anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. **What do you dislike about Cademy?** There's really not much to dislike about Cademy. There are a few features they dont offer which some of the more expensive platforms do, but they are regularly updating and they are really responsive to new ideas, so I doubt the gaps will remain for long. **What problems is Cademy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cademy allows me to build and market engaging courses all in one place and without needing any specialist coding skills. It helps us rapidly produce new products with ease and gives our customers a great user experience. ### 3. The functionality is great especially for a business like ours which often needs niche features. Further to this, what is exceptional about Cademy is the customer support. Response to queries and requests for updates is timely and reliable. Always helpful, always available, wonderful communications all round. We could not recommend highly enough and would encourage anyone looking for a Training Platform to check them out. **What do you dislike about Cademy?** I honestly cannot think of any downsides to the Cademy Platform **What problems is Cademy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Investing in Cademy has revolutionised the way we administrate our Training programme.
