What do you like best about Cacoo?

I like how the workspace seamlessly supports both diagrams and whiteboard functionality. The sharing and collaboration works really well and also supports video. I also enjoy that you can have multiple pages in one space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacoo?

What do you like best about Cacoo?

I like Cacoo because It is really easier to create flowchart and quick prototyping designs. The way it works is very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacoo?

One thing that I am tiring of it is about performance slowness as there are many items design on a sheet. Thus, when selecting some designs it would take longer time I've to wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward and user friendly mapping tool"

What do you like best about Cacoo?

I like that it is easy to get started working with and the UX is fairly intuitive compared to other bigger tools out there.

"The home for all our wireframing"

What do you like best about Cacoo?

It's just a really quick and simple way to quickly generate wireframes. We've essentially built our complete digital platform using wireframes on Cacoo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Real Time Collaboration Tool for System Design & Architecture"

What do you like best about Cacoo?

The collaboration features allow multiple members to discuss and work together. The realtime sync features work very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacoo?

Drawing UML diagram as well as database structures isn't very convenient. There is no easy way to quickly add properties when creating Database Tables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cacoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a software company, we constantly have to discuss with multiple members within and across teams. Most of us work from home, so our meetings are primarily held online. It becomes a suitable replacement for good old traditional whiteboarding. It allows us to create diagrams and edit them together as a team.
