**What do you like best about CA ACF2?**

Effective for overall security provisioning for resources, users for any M/F environment. Some gr8 automation features for simplification of tasks.

**What do you dislike about CA ACF2?**

I'm not certain it's kept up with the times, especially in the current climate. It has been a little while since I've last used it, but the use of 'pseudo' logins has always been a concern for me. 
Another concern is the special privileges to a select few, to execute specific tasks without any centralized control....In the current climate, this needs to be managed a lot better.
Integration with tools (like external browsers) for better control and management needs to be improved.

**What problems is CA ACF2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized control and management. 
Ease of control, ease of management
