There is a certain rigidity to the templates and features, as though they do not allow for the type of customization necessary for showcasing the strengths of each property in person. I like that you are able to use C3X on multiple platforms such as the web or iphone; it makes it more accessible for people. It is a beautiful user interface and easy to navigate. It's still a little disorienting to use but that is pretty difficult to achieve for most of these virtual room views. Also I personally have a love/hate relationship with product placement. I first used the product while working with my real estate agent to look at various properties. since I didn't have much time to visit every property, the agent used C3X to help me understand the property.
