The onboarding experience was outstanding — the team made implementation smooth and efficient. The software itself is highly customizable, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of business requirements with ease. It’s intuitive and user-friendly, which minimizes training time and increases adoption across teams. Support is rarely needed, but when it is, the response is consistently fast, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented.

Honestly, the only downside is that more companies aren’t using it. It’s a powerful, reliable platform that deserves wider adoption across the industry.

C3 Reservations has completely eliminated the need for manual scheduling systems, streamlining our dock and appointment management process. I love how C3 Reservations allows us to manage our daily capacity and provides data on carriers. This helps our warehouse teams avoid being overwhelmed. I appreciate the dashboards and the real-time visibility it provides. Being able to have variable appointment durations depending on the number of pallets and products is also very useful.

I don't like having to pay for additional developments to improve C3 Reservations.

By using the C3 reservation portal, it is helpful in advising the stores of their upcoming delivery appointments.

**What do you dislike about C3 Reservations?**

When we are unable to upload the BOL for any given store appointment(s) it causes a chain reaction for the specific site(s) due to the fact that they would not be able to receive the product contained on that specific trailer/load.

System was logging out users after 5 minutes without being able to refresh the screen to re-open it.

It is a highly customizable tool, we have been able to adapt it to each of our distribution centers even though they have significant particularities in handling goods, we love its stability, the required support is minimal.

The way reports are created for clients could be improved a bit.

**What problems is C3 Reservations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling appointments with your purchase order details and quantities takes a lot of time. With C3, we delegate this task to the suppliers, and this self-management frees up staff in the distribution centers.

There is nothing I dislike but some things that I would like to improve on in terms of logging and viewing logs

As a new manager of the Supply Chain Customer Service team at Home Depot, I often submitted tickets to ask questions. The C3 Customer Service and technical team consistently responded in a timely manner and provided me with a great deal of guidance. Thank you

the connection with SAP is broken that PO is often can't be entered by associates, vendors and carriers. I hope this can be fixed in the short term.

C3 Reservations is used by the company to book delivery appointments with 182 stores. It provides stores with visibility into their incoming shipments, allowing them to better plan labor, manage space, and ensure smoother receiving operations. By creating a structured and transparent scheduling process, C3 helps reduce unexpected deliveries, minimize congestion, and support overall operational efficiency.

I propose to C3 to review their approach with their clients regarding verbal communication. I find it is nice to open Jiras on Jiras, but it is easier to solve problems verbally than to constantly write to each other without understanding each other at times.

The inconvenience of using the C3 application is the requests we make and that you change the status to SUGGESTION LIST and it hasn't moved for years.

Do not exceed the maximum number of pallets to be received in a workday as much as possible.

The reporting features are by far the best benefit of this program.  I can track service failures, successes and create a budget for the future based on almost instantaneous results.  The flexibility to configure the reports allows us to quickly provide detailed information easily to our internal team and our customers.  
Love it.

Some of the schedule visibility is challenging because the color stripes are not definitive with high volume of loads scheduled.

We were able to implement at a low cost but still have all the functionality for carriers and suppliers to send bookings electronically

In order to do this for a very low cost, we have prepared the user documentation internally.

**What problems is C3 Reservations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before C3, we had trucking companies phoning in all the details of their upcoming inbounds, we emailed spreadsheets back and forth for upcoming outbounds. All of these details are now captured digitally in C3. We can run reports and historical data of what has moved and can make decisions based on these. Prior to C3 we didn't have any data or reports of times taken to load or unload trucks.

C3 was an incredible addition to our company over the past 4/5 years. The most incredible thing is that the platform customizes to your needs. This has made our reception and shipping much easier for everyone.

**What do you dislike about C3 Reservations?**

Some things can be very difficult to find alone. However, the technician is there to help us and makes the task much easier.

**What problems is C3 Reservations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make the reservations clear both on the reception and shipping sides, which greatly reduces the number of emails. On the reception side, we used to work on a first-come, first-served basis, which caused huge bottlenecks at certain times during the week. Moreover, we felt the pressure from drivers eager to leave, being stuck in a huge traffic jam. Now everything is clear, the driver receives an instruction from their dispatch, and if their arrival is not on time, we have a program that shows them the truth about their appointment time. It also allows us to see the time a truck has spent.

Anytime we open a new warehouse anywhere in the world it is very easy to create the environment in C3 and to show the people how to use it, 
no matter what country or language.

The supportteam is very quick and always very helpfull. I always had positive experiences with the team.

It would be nice to have the possibility to create your own roles for users.

**What do you like best about C3 Reservations?**

Having them on site for implementation was a massive help as we were able to meet and make changes easily. During the first few weeks after go-live, whenever we had issues, they were on top of them and responded in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about C3 Reservations?**

Haven't experienced really any downsides, but we do miss having a full week's view that we used to have in our old system. But that is a minor change that didn't cause any day-to-day issues.

It is allowing us to schedule our inbound and outbound appointments for our common carriers and CPUs. Provides a visual as to the schedule for the day so our facilities can prep and stage material. Also gives us real time data as to when trucks are coming in to have conversations with them if they are arriving early or late to their appointments.

Very effective scheduling tool.
Ability to integrate load scheduling using APIs.
Highly configurable.
The C3 deployment team and support team are incredible.  It is truly a pleasure to work with them.

**What do you dislike about C3 Reservations?**

Some limits on how the schedule can be set up and  viewed.
Lack of integration on standing appointments.
Can't clone existing locations when setting up new ones. (adds a bit of time in set up).

Provides control, visibility, and simplification for scheduling inbound loads.
Allows us to centrally prioritize inbound to ensure we have the right product on hand and meet our inventory objectives.
Dramatically reduces the confusion and failures that arise when using email and phone calls to schedule loads.

Even if the platform itself is really good and easy to understand, what I like the most was how much the IT team knows how to get what you want. If there is a problem or you want something with the platform, the team will help you and the answer come really fast. they also knows a lot of their platform.

**What do you dislike about C3 Reservations?**

The downside using C3 would be that you may consider your others platforms to be in the past and not be able to be as reliable as C3.

The C3 portal is great for multiple reasons, but mostly due to the fact is is so user friendly.  And if this is something needed from C3 they bend over backwards to facilitate.

**What do you dislike about C3 Reservations?**

The downside to the C3 portal is the portal should tract and send email automatic for late loads.

It frees up our scheduling team and provides an opportunity for additional duties to be added to the work day, and makes us more available to focus on the day to day.

Significant reduction in Phone calls and stress that this causes as well as flexible platform that is tailored to the business requirements.
The implementation was very easy with a skilled team that was able to quickly establish requirements and turn this into a working solution in the agreed timeframe.

**What do you dislike about C3 Reservations?**

The reporting suite provided is clunky and somewhat cumbersome

**What problems is C3 Reservations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing phone calls and emails requesting, amending and cancelling bookings. This provides the opportunity for these skilled people to be better utilised in other functional roles. 
THe C3 System is able to easily perform the scheduling functions with Carriers requesting bookings. On arrival, there is a comprehensive list of Stage Gates to track the progress of vehicles loading / unloading on site. This data is then very useful to analyse opportunities for improvement on our sites
