With C3 CRM, I can keep all contacts, emails, calls, and notes in one file and access all the data with ease. The reporting options in C3 CRM seem a little lacking to me. The concept of using these technologies to sales, marketing, and customer service is quite appealing. I have not found a way to automate invaluable processes such as lead nurturing or emails follow-up. Records stored in C3 CRM include resident data, HOA payments, and penalties. What do you dislike about C3 CRM? I also found reporting rather constrained in C3 CRM.
