What do you like best about C3 CRM?

C3 CRM is very user friedly with some simple features to use when compared to other complicated CRMS in the market. it is easy to classify the customer profile according to their requirments. customer support is on par with some leading palyer in market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C3 CRM?

There is some limitation in customizing C3 CRM according to our business needs that is something they have to really work on. As data size and the number of users grow , some might notice slower load time or delay when accessing or updating records Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C3 CRM?

With C3 CRM, I can keep all contacts, emails, calls, and notes in one file and access all the data with ease. This is a centralized view which let me know a lot of about customer needs, and helps me have better relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C3 CRM?

The reporting options in C3 CRM seem a little lacking to me. We cannot track individual sales and other parameters by product or by campaign due to which it becomes difficult to dissect the campaign results deeply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C3 CRM?

I have not found a way to automate invaluable processes such as lead nurturing or emails follow-up. I am often slowed down by tasks that have required a couple of minutes, denying me the expected boost that comes with a contemporary CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C3 CRM?

Records stored in C3 CRM include resident data, HOA payments, and penalties. This centralized system replaced our spread sheet that were located here and there and it enhanced order in data tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
