**What do you like best about C3 CRM?**

C3 CRM is very user friedly with some simple features to use when compared to other complicated CRMS in the market. it is easy to classify the customer profile according to their requirments. customer support is  on par with some leading palyer in market

**What do you dislike about C3 CRM?**

There is some limitation in customizing C3 CRM according to our business needs that is something they have to really work on. As data size and the number of users grow , some might notice slower load time or delay when accessing or updating records

**What problems is C3 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

C3 CRM sloves the challenge of managing customer data by providing powerful analytics and reporting tools. These tools help businesses gain insights,trace performance, and make data-driven decisions. this leads to better customer engagement, increased sales and improved business outcomes

**What do you like best about C3 CRM?**

With C3 CRM, I can keep all contacts, emails, calls, and notes in one file and access all the data with ease. This is a centralized view which let me know a lot of about customer needs, and helps me have better relationships.

**What do you dislike about C3 CRM?**

The reporting options in C3 CRM seem a little lacking to me. We cannot track individual sales and other parameters by product or by campaign due to which it becomes difficult to dissect the campaign results deeply.

**What problems is C3 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The C3 CRM has gotten rid of data compartments where customer interactions can be managed in one place. It has made it easier for my team to manage our workload and thus offer a better user experience.

**What do you like best about C3 CRM?**

The concept of using these technologies to  sales, marketing, and customer service is quite appealing. This indicates that the incorporation of artificial intelligence and machine learning in C3 CRM is a favorable option.

**What do you dislike about C3 CRM?**

I have not found a way to automate invaluable processes such as lead nurturing or emails follow-up.   I am often slowed down by tasks that  have required a couple of minutes, denying me the expected boost that comes with a contemporary CRM.

**What problems is C3 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using C3 CRM to be sure that customer information and interaction with them can be easily seen and managed by other departments. This I believe is more helpful in understanding the various levels of interactions we have with our customers.

**What do you like best about C3 CRM?**

Records stored in C3 CRM include resident data, HOA payments, and penalties. This centralized system replaced our spread sheet that were located here and there and it enhanced order in data tremendously.

**What do you dislike about C3 CRM?**

I also found reporting rather constrained in C3 CRM. There is no way to discern the patterns in residents’ complains or even determine the efficiency of specific community interventions.

**What problems is C3 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

C3 CRM brought efficiency in residents’ communication, data management, and provided automation of several laborious processes. It also allows me to have time performing only superior orders and resident’s complaints.
