Some of the highlights:

- ability for managers to recognize staff in a company-wide manner without clogging emails

- accessible from ANYWHERE - it even has a mobile app

- employee engagement possibilities are wide/varied. from sending e-cards, interacting with rec room wall posts, or participating in polls/surveys/etc, there are multiple ways for staff to interact with eachother

- ecards are refreshed often so it doesn't get stale...there's always a new design to choose from

- point system is motivating to a good portion of staff members. if you can get them engaged, it's a wonderful tool

- ability for staff to choose their rewards themselves was a huge selling piece for us. This feature allows people to choose gifts that are personal and/or practical for them.

- you cannot beat the price!!! Especially for a non-profit, this was a cost-effective way for us to meet many goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really had to think hard on this one, but I would say that the very few downsides are:

- i wish the manager scorecards/dashboards were more advanced and allowed for more data (rather than just a 1 month look back)

- some functions on the survey builder tool do not work properly and could be enhanced. The biggest area for enhancement is probably the survey builder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
