Bzzip is a shared WhatsApp inbox for small businesses — shops, clinics, studios and service companies that live in WhatsApp but have one phone and too many messages. Several people answer from the same number, and every conversation shows who has it. An AI Agent replies from a knowledge base you write yourself — prices, hours, services — in the customer's language, and hands over to a person the moment it is unsure. A response target with a countdown shows which conversations are about to go cold before the customer gives up. Bzzip connects through the WhatsApp Business Platform for you — nothing separate to buy or configure. Keep your existing number or start a new one. Free to start, no card. Bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key and the AI Agent costs nothing. Paid plans from $39/mo, billed per business — never per seat. Runs in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Arabic.
