BytesHood Accounting Practice Suite is practice management software built for U.S. tax and accounting firms. One subscription includes six connected systems that share a single Client Master, so each client is entered once and used everywhere. Client Management keeps individual and business clients, return status by tax year, a firm-wide work queue and a calendar synced with Google and Microsoft. Payroll Tax Manager turns each client's federal and state deposit rules into due dates, sends payroll run reminders and reconciles deposits against Form 941 every quarter. Sales Tax Manager tracks clients' multi-state sales tax filings from waiting-for-client to filed, with workpapers, exemption certificates and Nexus Watch for economic nexus thresholds. Billing & Payment covers the fee calculator, invoices, A/R aging and online payments that go straight to the firm's own processor, including CPACharge, QuickBooks Payments, Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, Clover, GoDaddy Payments and PayPal. Client Portal gives clients an invite-only, passwordless portal for secure messages, document requests, organizers, engagement letters and multi-signer e-signatures, in English and about 20 other languages. Tax Notice Manager tracks IRS, state and local notices with an owner, a response date and a log of every step. Every firm runs on its own dedicated virtual machine, hosted only in the United States, with automatic security patching and two-step sign-in for staff. The suite is built to support the FTC Safeguards Rule and IRC §7216, and it is designed, developed and supported in Binghamton, New York. Payroll Tax Manager and Sales Tax Manager are workload tracking tools; firms still file and pay through each agency's own system. Pricing is per firm with three staff seats included, billed monthly or annually. Firms can try the full suite free for 14 days in a private sandbox with sample data, no credit card required.
