Appreciated the onboarding managers- Carina and Caroline, hand holding and being hands on with our taxonomy structure set up and setting up the DAM for us and ensuring we are on top of it. Bynder is a great platform that utilizes AI to offer natural language search to enhance their experience. That saves significant time in the upload and tagging process since it recognizes people, things, colors, sports, genders without having to manually select. It also allows us better right management in our photos since we can tag someone by their name and later remove access from those images if a rights issue arises.

The people I've been able to work with in the sales and onboarding side have also been extremely pleasant. Grace Nelson was so kind and helpful at every stage of onboarding. Her walk-throughs were enjoyable and relevant to our platform and team. Ryan Kelly was a great sales person to work with. Uploading and downloading assets is very straightforward, and I don't have to worry about end users not being able to locate what they're looking for. I appreciate Bynder for the ability to tag images and collateral, which makes finding them quick and easy. It's great for archiving old material that we don't want to use regularly but need access to for specific needs. Bynder also streamlined and specified our intake process, making it easier for images to be input into the system with specific data required across the company. Additionally, Bynder's integration with Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus for us.
