"Bynder makes managing and sharing assets easy!"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

We've been using Bynder as our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform for the past few months, and it's been an excellent addition to our business operations. The platform has significantly improved the way we store, organise, and share our digital assets across both our internal and external stakeholders. Its user-friendly and easy to navigate interface and powerful search functionality make it easy for everyone in the organisation to find exactly what they need, quickly and efficiently.

Bynder has helped streamline our workflows, maintain brand consistency, and save countless hours that were previously spent searching for files or managing outdated versions. It’s more than just a tool, it’s become a central hub for our creative and marketing teams.

There has been extensive support from the onboarding team since we started our journey. Carina has been excellent to work with, she has met with us weekly to ensure we are moving through the extensive and well-planned onboarding process. Our business set up and organisation of the DAM has been challenging as it is quite complex, but Carina has continued to learn about our business and the way we work, to ensure she can support us and answer our many questions quickly and efficiently. Implementing a new product can feel daunting but we have been put at ease by the constant support and feedback from Carina. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

We are still within the beginning of our journey and have not found any major issues or problems with selecting Bynder as our provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good tool and an amazing team behind it!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Bynder is a powerful tool that helps us keep track of all the marketing and sales enablement assets that we currently have available. I love the way we can use versioning to avoid duplicates, making sure the system is clean and clear to use. The search function is super powerful as it's searching in assets, titles, descriptions and tags.

We've recently done an audit with Bynder and it was great, we've received many ideas on how to do things and which integrations would be helpful, but next to that I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of work that was picked-up. The team has been a great support in the clean-up our system and getting it ready for our marketing coworkers to start using it. Every question that I had was picked-up with diligence and even after official sign-off I feel the team are still open to help my cause into making Bynder better for our companies' purposes. What do you dislike about Bynder?

I notice our team has to get used to not having a folder structure. We've set-up our taxonomy in a way to accomodate for this, but it's still on the wishlist of my coworkers. Furthermore, we were slightly disappointed with the SDFC integration as there is a limit on the SFDC side that will not allow us to pull in assets over 12MB. "Organized Asset Management with Bynder"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I like the taxonomy concept in Bynder and the controls it provides, which help our team to organize and manage digital assets more efficiently. The ease of versioning is another aspect I appreciate as it addresses the issues we previously had with handling duplicates and outdated versions of files. Bynder offers solutions to challenges we faced with our previous service, Dropbox, especially concerning difficulties in finding assets and tracking photography rights expiration. Additionally, although the initial setup was a lengthy process and required a lot of manual switchover, the support we received from our representative was excellent, which significantly facilitated the transition process. What do you dislike about Bynder?

The initial setup of Bynder was a lengthy process and required a lot of manual work for switchover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great service and great experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Our team needed a solution to centrally organize all our assets—photos, videos, design files, and documents—so we weren't wasting time searching across different shared drives. Bynder has been the perfect solution for us.

We especially love the AI search functionality and tagging features, which have made it incredibly easy for everyone to find what they need. Now, we can quickly locate the right brand assets and use them for marketing campaigns without any hassle. The DAM integration with our creative tools has also streamlined our workflow significantly. Bynder has truly helped us save time and stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

At this time and as a new user, there's nothing I have found that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our global brand assets hub: centralised, governed, adopted"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

Bynder has become the backbone of our global brand hub. Search is fast, metadata adapts well to our complex brand and market structures, and permissioning is highly granular, though understandably complex to manage at our scale. A major strength is the ability to empower agencies and local markets with self-service asset discovery, which they rely on daily.

Thanks to sustained centralisation efforts over several years, adoption and shared asset management principles have been strong across our organisation. Throughout our partnership, the customer success and support teams have been consistently responsive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

The areas for improvement are mainly refinements. Analytics could go deeper, with more ready-made dashboards on portal engagement, user patterns and asset usage. Bulk operations on very large asset sets often require service requests to Bynder, which can slow down certain activities, though not critically. While the overall UX is strong, some areas could be more intuitive, such as asset upload, the validation room, and the platform administration space. The notification system also lacks flexibility, which can lead to users overlooking important updates amid generic pings. That said, new features are being released regularly, and we’re optimistic that many of these points will improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Onboarding, Comprehensive Asset Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I really appreciate how easy Bynder is to use; its interface makes managing digital assets straightforward. The onboarding process was remarkably seamless, lasting over a month and a half with regular weekly meetings that included agenda and action items, ensuring a smooth transition and keeping the momentum going. I'm thrilled to have Bynder as part of our tech stack because it shows genuine concern for asset delivery and asset housing. Everything feels plug-and-play with Bynder, which simplifies the integration with other components we use, such as Shopify and Adobe. The ease of setup has been excellent so far, making it easier for us to roll out across the rest of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

I noticed a drawback in the media uploader portion of Bynder. Specifically, not being able to hold shift and select multiple assets simultaneously is frustrating. Implementing this functionality would significantly streamline and simplify the uploading process, improving ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent product features and fantastic onboarding process & support"
5/5
What do you like best about Bynder?

I like best about Bynder:

1) The level of detail Bynder reaches in its features. They've thought of everything, literally! And, I also love that they have a community of users that can propose new product features and get to vote on the implementation pipeline. It's amazing.

2) The Bynder user interface is so friendly and intuitive and just beautiful.

3) The Bynder onboarding process and support. Just WOW. The ~3-month onboarding journey is very well structured. The onboarding workbook is spreadsheet magic. And the two onboarding managers assigned to our account (Christina Solorzano and Andrea Metz) are simply the most charismatic and helpful people! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bynder?

So far, I don't dislike anything about Bynder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
