The ease of sharing assets is my favorite feature gained with the use of WebDAM. It has provided the opportunity to share and collaborate on media projects globally among affiliates and with business partners. The search in WebDAM is very powerful in locating assets and is a function leveraged for those not familiar with the location of assets. The file conversion options to create jpeg, pdf, mp4 etc., is also heavily utilized as it has alleviated the need to work with graphic designers to convert file types. Early on (and many versions ago) issues were experienced with asset upload, download and processing, which the customer service team was quick to resolve. WebDAM was quick to address the issues by updating the service and now these issues are a rarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WebDAM is a user-friendly interface that allows our campus community to access our university photography assets and templates. The best thing about it is it places the tools to show off our campus in the user's hands directly. They are able to use our images of the campus and campus life in their websites and publications knowing that the resources are already curated and approved for their use.

I also really like that users that can download images are restricted automatically to members of our campus community, and that it doesn't require our time to approve (or not) new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

webDAM offers a great way to organize and tag our organization's photos. It's fairly easy to use and met all of the criteria we had for an online archival system (tagging, password protected, searchable, large storage capacity, ability to store videos and other media types) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the system is lightening fast, but all too often, webDAM takes forever and ever and ever to load pages. It's quite frustrating and no one at webDAM seems to be able to tell us the problem. That is probably my single largest complaint.

The thing I like best about WebDAM is the fact that they never hesitate to go above and beyond for your brand. Their entire staff, from CEO to sales to customer service to dev, are a pleasure to work with, and despite my hundreds of requests for new features, they never get annoyed, but instead realize that it's a win-win situation: my company gets the feature they need, and WebDAM gets a new feature to their already massive amount (which in turn helps all of their other clients, of which the list is incredibly impressive, by the way). I've been working with DAM systems for a decade and nobody comes close to WebDAM, in every aspect. I'm looking forward to being in business with them for a long, long time.
