ByggExp is a time reporting and project management system for construction companies and tradespeople in Sweden. Workers clock in and out with GPS in the iPhone and Android app, and the shift pauses automatically when they leave the project area. Every shift records hours per project, hour type (normal, overtime, OB), travel time and allowances. In the web admin the office approves hours, keeps a site diary with photos, plans staff in a Gantt planner and staffing grid with overbooking warnings, and runs payroll and invoicing with ROT deduction and reverse construction VAT. 14-day free trial, no setup fee, no lock-in.
