What do you like best about BuzzBoard?

So far it has been a decent tool for getting our reps engaged with their prospects. It helps us find discussion points to start conversations based on the online footprint the prospect has created. Everything is tied up in a nice report, so you don't have to go through multiple sites or resources to gather the info you're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BuzzBoard?

Just like most products, the info can have some holes or inaccuracies. We use it as a starting point to find a few things to engage a prospect, not as an end all be all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BuzzBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Buzzboard primarily to engage a prospect who has more advanced experience with their online marketing or one who is difficult to gain access to. I like the way the tool will provide insights and definitions of scoring while you're reviewing business reports. You don't need to be an expert in every single area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it's hard to tell if an area is weighted or not. Would be nice to see the scoring weights on the reports to help understand if the weights align with an individual's business goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ask lots of questions so that it makes sense when you use it. Understand how scores are weighted. And if something doesn't suit your needs, bring it up with your rep. They often come up with "on the fly" solutions to help it work better for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BuzzBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

Buzzboard gives us a way to score the dealers' digital presence on a fair scale that can be compared to competitors in the space. It starts a conversation about how their marketing presence stacks up and where they can improve, which makes it easier to also begin a conversation about investing in digital marketing services. What do you like best about BuzzBoard?

What I find most helpful is when I'm on a business website, just by simply clicking on the downloaded extension at the top will provide me a Buzz score, a profile and category insights on that business. This feature is extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's kind of intimidating at first because there is so much to it with all the different filters. Luckily there are many tutorials and webinars that will get you up to speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BuzzBoard?

Easy to use. And easy to push leads into the CRM system and assign out to our sales staff. The most used is the search function to find new leads that are not currently being called on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BuzzBoard?

Sometimes the platform can be very slow. Data scrubbing is not always the best - the CRM and buzzboard do not communicate - sometimes it creates duplicate leads in the CRM because it doesn't see that it's already listed as a lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BuzzBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use buzzboard to research category that our sales team wants to focus on. I can type in Liquor stores and buzzboard will pull up all liquor stores and I can assign them out to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BuzzBoard?

I like the Chrome extension, BuzzBoard Connect, because it helps us qualify a prospect quickly. We can even see Estimated Spend for privately-held companies, which is a great way to look for prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BuzzBoard?

Once in a while, after I modify the profile to add keywords, they don't get saved and I have to do it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of free tools out there, but you're wasting your time if you can't trust what you are seeing in the reports. No automated tool is perfect, but BuzzBoard is the most accurate with the most data points of any tool I've found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BuzzBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started out using BuzzBoard as an SEO pre-sale evaluation tool, looking for SEO and website issues. But with the new advertising information and many other signals, we are able to get a much clearer picture of how large the company is and what they are doing right and where they have opportunity.
