As a retailer with over 250 locations, Toolbox AP helps us stay on top of our inventory plans at a very detailed level so that we can maximize our margins by keeping the right quantities of product in the right classifications. It cut our reforecasting time down significantly. We went from planning the entire year out in a massive Excel file that took weeks to process, with minimal reforecasting throughout the year to account for adjustments to being able to Plan a Year in a matter of Days and have the ability to react quickly to trends to reforecast that plan in just a matter of hours. The customer service provided by AntUSA throughout the implementation process and beyond has been nothing short of stellar. It was easy to integrate into our Daily/Weekly use, and even easier to maintain with the loading of our data from our ERP to Toolbox Database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Toolbox is a very easy to use tool that allows planning across a wide range of taxonomy levels and locations. I've been using the tool for over a decade and am conitnually impressed by how responsive the support team is and how much they care about their product and their clients. The system has a wide range of features and customizations and makes running plan scenarios very easy. Managing OTB and forecasting sales using the system is user friendly and easy to learn and implement. Data can be exported easily into other systems/reports but functions great as a stand alone as well. Me and my team use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The biggest challenge we've had with toolbox honestly has been a shortcoming of internal data support and planning direction, not a shortcoming of anything within the tool. Teaching buyers or other departments that are married to excel how to view the tool and read the data sometimes is a little challenging, but that's more a result of how many companies are so stuck in excel.
