BuyCo provides a unique expert system for container shipping that enables all shipment’s participants to collaborate in a single place so that they don’t need to rely on complex excel files and hundreds of emails. Unlike a standard TMS that usually stops at the planning phase, BuyCo is connected to shippers’ ERPs, shipping lines and 3PLs systems to automate the full container shipment’s lifecycle including shipping lines schedules discovery, booking, shipping instructions, document workflows, container tracking and KPIs. They are responsive and work with us through the resolution of any issues. The tracking information in BuyCo is quite helpful, with different sources that help us understand where our containers are. We also recently developed the 3D tool, that helps us keep control our demurrage and detention costs and find root causes and liable parties. Initially, the transition to BuyCo was quite challenging, but they were flexible and accommodating to our requests, which was one of the reasons we chose them. They promised us they would adjust and adapt to all our requirements, and they did. **What do you dislike about BuyCo?** As BuyCo grows, there's less chance to customize the service toward us because they need a more robust platform for different types of customers. Sometimes specific developments are needed for our work that can't be done because they are too specific for our flow. The initial setup was challenging since we were moving from a tool we used for years to a completely new platform and way of working. **What problems is BuyCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** BuyCo helps us improve our automations, reducing the manual workload of the team. It acts as a bridge between our operational team and shipping lines for logistics, aiding continuous improvement. ### 2. The IT & sales support are very efficient & friendly. **What do you dislike about BuyCo?** All shipping companies are still not connected to the software. **What problems is BuyCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Buyco improves the visibility of our shipments and allows us to ease the tracking of our containers. So we have a better satisfaction of our customers. Buyco really helps us to digitalize our datas by gathering all the information to an unique IT platform. ### 3.
