What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

"We go to easybusy for design jobs"
5/5
What do you like best about BusyBusy?

Easybusy has become my new destination for when I go to find a freelancer for occasional freelance jobs (<=$1K). I only let out simple jobs that my inhouse team doesn't have time for or when the agency charges too much. From what i saw, the platform has quite a few 5+ years of experience designers, so I feel safe posting jobs there. i also appreciate that they offer hand-picking freelancers if you provide them with a brief. This makes the search as automotized as possible, so I only spend time on basically choosing the candidate. Overall, I am quite satisfoed with easybusy's performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

I really don't like how easybusy is mixed up with easystaff. I had to reach out to the support to find my way around these two services. I feel like they need to separate services for a more complete experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Chad Alldredge of BusyBusy

We're glad to hear that you're finding experienced freelancers on busybusy and that our hand-picking feature is saving you time. We appreciate your input on the distinction between our services and will take it into account as we work on enhancing our platform. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance—our support team is always here to help!

"Easy for Everyone"

What do you like best about BusyBusy?

The app is very easy to use - even for those "Dinasours" on our crew. Integration to QuickBooks desktop is quite seamless. Customer Service is Great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

When our crew takes a lunch or break it will transfer to Quickbooks as two segments instead of one.

Say Tom Clocks in at 8 am and out at 4 pm and he took a 30 min break. In quickbooks it will show a 4 hr segment and then a 3.5 hr segment instead of just one 7.5 hr segment. It isn't terrible, but it does create a little more work for me, because I have to go through each timecard and combine the segments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Chad Alldredge of BusyBusy

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're pleased to hear that busybusy is user-friendly for everyone on your team and that the QuickBooks integration and customer service have met your expectations. We appreciate your feedback regarding the timecard segments and understand how this could add extra work. We'll certainly take this into consideration as we continue to improve our product. It's great to know that the ease of use is helping your crew clock in and out more accurately!

"Great time tracking app"
5/5
What do you like best about BusyBusy?

Busy Busy is the 3rd time tracking app we've used for our employees, and it is hands down the best. I also tried demo versions of others before switching. The change from our previous app was flawless, and ever since it's been a great help to our payroll division. We typically run 35+ paychecks every week and this app has taken a task that used to take hours into just minutes. Allowing supervisors to check their workers time has helped keep tracking to be accurate and fair to all our employees.

One added benefit we didn't expect was the project reporting. This has helped AR make sure they were billing all the projects worked for that period. It's simple interface and ability to drill down into the details of the hours and costs is a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

Not much at all. The montly cost is far less than the hourly cost of paying a payroll person to decipher the hieroglyphics typically found on a paper timecard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Chad Alldredge of BusyBusy

Taking hours down to minutes is wonderful!

"BusyBusy takes the busy work out of time tracking!"
5/5
What do you like best about BusyBusy?

BusyBusy allows our business to track time, document jobs with descriptions and photos, and offers GPS tracking. The platform is easy to use and the support is great! The feature that allows us to input customized questions also helps us capture injuries and if an employee needs a time adjustment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BusyBusy?

I am not sure if it can be done and I haven't figured it out, or if it truly cannot - When I create a multi-day work or vacation entry, it would be awesome if I could edit the entry as well. If I need to change the time for instance, I have to do it on each of the days in the entry, instead of mass-editing all the days at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Chad Alldredge of BusyBusy

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted that busybusy has streamlined time tracking, job documentation, and GPS tracking for your business. It's great to hear that the platform's ease of use and support have been valuable, along with the customized questions feature.
