Jackson, the free version of the app does have Clock In and Clock Out Location Reminders if you have set up the GPS for a particular job. If they enter the GPS area and have not clocked in, they will be notified that they need to clock in after a short time. Same thing for clocking out but in reverse of course. The free version also includes Digital Timecard Signatures so that each of your guys verify that their time is correct and have signed off on it.

We use Quickbooks for accounting and Busybusy connects easily with it. It has saved us so much time moving from paper timecards to Busybusy. Easy to use, integrates well with Quickbooks. I just have to sync and all the hours are imported in the "Enter Time" in QuickBooks. It tracks employees' time and location. At any time during the day, I can see which employees are on the job and where they are. Their customer service is excellent. Within a couple minutes, I get a response.
