BusinessLyft is an AI assistant platform that lets businesses add a customer support and sales assistant to their website in minutes. The assistant is trained on the company's own website pages, documents and FAQs, and installs with a single script tag on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace or any HTML site. It answers visitor questions around the clock using the business's own content, with source citations. Each conversation is qualified automatically: leads are scored Hot, Warm or Cold, tagged by intent and summarised with contact details. Actions let the assistant check order status through an API, send data to tools via webhooks, calculate quotes with formulas, look up price lists and share booking links. Engagement features greet visitors per page and send well-timed nudges, for example when a visitor lingers on pricing or is about to leave. PageSense lets the assistant read the page a visitor is viewing to answer questions about that page. The widget is fully brandable, with a classic chat or a floating ChatLyft style. BusinessLyft offers a free plan and a low-cost Pro plan.
