Business-Tester is an online business diagnostic assessment platform for independent business consultants, boutique consulting firms, business owners and leadership teams. Its primary assessment, DYM-08 In-Depth, helps consultants assess a client’s overall business health, identify performance gaps and underlying weaknesses, and clarify management priorities before broader advisory work. It examines financial health, strategy, operations, sales and marketing, technology, organization, governance and investor readiness. The In-Depth Assessment includes 110 questions and typically takes 60–90 minutes. A shorter Basic Assessment provides an initial overview, while DYM-08SM focuses specifically on sales and marketing capability. Completed assessments provide a free one-page summary. Optional Comprehensive Report Packages offer deeper diagnostic analysis and include a personalized consultant evaluation addressing the user’s questions. The platform also includes Ask Business-Tester AI, an interactive tool that explores a specific business concern through focused follow-up questions. Business-Tester supports initial diagnosis and prioritization. It does not replace comprehensive consulting, due diligence or implementation work. www.business-tester.com
