**What do you like best about Business Hub?**

The level of customer support provided by Business Hub is not good. Whenever I encounter any difficulties or need guidance while navigating through the platform their assistance is not readily available. It is a bit costly the features provided by Business Hub are not valuable, for a companys growth.

**What do you dislike about Business Hub?**

The limited options for customization and absence of features are not as suitable for enterprises. It takes time to adapt to the software functionalities, which impedes productivity.

**What problems is Business Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I faced difficulties finding a platform that caters to all my business requirements. Ever since I started using Business Hub it has not provided me with an all-in-one solution, for managing finances, scheduling appointments, and monitoring inventory.
