**What do you like best about Bus.com?**

The payment gateway integrations are smooth and almost no failures are spotted around it. They have gotten rid of many unnecessary clutter that was harming the user experience.

**What do you dislike about Bus.com?**

Currently, there is nothing to dislike, may be introduction of a few Artificial intelligence and machine learning related enhancements would go a long way.

**Recommendations to others considering Bus.com:**

Go for it, if you want simple yet powerful software and reliable shuttle services.

**What problems is Bus.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the most important problems of ease of use and getting rid of the clutter that exists with simple use case like booking a ticket for travel using bus. Also their offering for shuttle services is a widely used service.
