I was introduced to Burnalong through my employer and it is so complementary to the things I have learned, and reinforces the healthy principles I am trying to live by. It is easy to access, flexible, and a lot of variety in content. I am learning many new things and appreciate that this is offered by my employer. What do you dislike about Burnalong? - I wish the recipes were posted somewhere in addition to videos so I didn't have to re-watch a video to write a recipe down (so far recipes tried are great!) - I wish I could search for key words to find a particular class. At least when I have tried, nothing shows up. For instance, I found a Part 2 video on Fibromyalgia. I wanted to find part 1, so I typed in "Fibromyalgia" and nothing came up. I guess you could connect your computer or device with HDMI cable to a TV, but like to be able to cast to TV or wish there was a fire TV or Roku app that would allow you to access content to view on TV. BurnAlong has been quite informative and engaging, since I started using the platform in June 2022, when our company registered. It has allowed me to me more aware or better informed of some notions which I have heard overtime. I therefore understand, better, why and how things are done, especially as it relates to meal prep, mindfulness, exercise routines, financial management and insurance. I have shed some pounds, from some of the exercise routines which I am participating in and I am still working at it 😊 ... Burnalong has a great breath of health and wellness education, webinars, classes, and recipes from all the realms of wellness along with a fun variety of fitness classes; you'd be hard pressed to not find something to enjoy and help keep you on track with your wellness goals. I love being able to log in on the website or app, but usually have trouble finding my program courses in the app to continue following along and for some reason can't cast the app onto my TV, though other smart devices do populate for casting. We are a behavioral health organization, and we were worried about our staff's mental health at the height of the pandemic. Another organization suggested Burnalong, and I started to look into it. At first, I thought it was pretty much just an online fitness platform, but boy, was I wrong! It is so much more! I love that there is a class on pretty much anything wellness-related and that it is simple to access. I also appreciate that the Burnalong takes feedback into consideration! When we first launched, I received some feedback that people were put off by the fact that most of the classes were from people filming in their living rooms or somewhere at home and that some of the videos were of poor quality. We have many staff members who work a hybrid schedule, and some who work entirely remotely, including individuals from out of state. Burn Along offers a variety of live and on-demand classes not only benefiting your physical health, but your mental and financial health. Sometimes the options to find instructors or classes can be a little outdated. The look could be enhanced.
