"Responsive Team, Easy to Work With"
4.5/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

The wxrks team listen to our needs and working with them is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

The interface is not always intuitive. It is hard to know were to find some features, and some are only active if some other feature is selected in a different tab. It would be helpful if a pop up window or mouse over text explained where to find these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Translation Management with Helpful QA for Catching Small Mistakes"
4/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

The translation management system is very intuitive; it didn't take long to understand its tools. As a Localization QA specialist, the QA feature helps me spot minor mistakes that are prone to being overlooked (such as extra spaces in the middle of sentences), especially in large projects with a quick turnaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

Sometimes I found the Smells tool annoying, as it keeps 'correcting' me with suggestions that are actually unnatural in everyday conversations. I know I can just ignore the suggestions, and I'm aware that the Smells tool exists to add an extra layer of correction where human errors can occur, but sometimes I wish there's a switch that could turn off Smells for a while. What do you like best about wxrks?

What I appreciate most about Bureau Works is its user-friendly interface, which makes translation tasks more organized and efficient. The AI suggestions and translation memory also accelerate the workflow while ensuring consistent translations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

"Efficient and Well-Organized Translation Management Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

What I like most about Bureau Works is how organized and intuitive the platform is when managing translation projects. I use it regularly to handle translation workflows, assign tasks, and track project progress, and it makes the entire process much easier to manage in one place.

The interface is clean, so it doesn’t take long to understand where everything is. I especially like the built-in translation editor and how collaboration works within the platform; translators, reviewers, and project managers can all work in the same environment without needing multiple external tools.

Another thing I appreciate is how helpful the support team has been whenever questions come up. Overall, the platform saves time and keeps translation projects structured, which is really valuable when you’re working with multiple files, languages, and deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

Most of the downsides I’ve experienced are relatively small compared to the benefits. When I first started using Bureau Works, the learning curve felt a bit steep, especially when exploring some of the more advanced workflow or automation features. It took a little time to understand how everything fits together.

Some of the integration setups can also take extra time to configure properly, particularly if you're connecting external tools or managing more complex project pipelines.

Occasionally, navigating between certain workflow sections feels slightly less smooth than it could be, and I would personally like to see more dashboard customization so users can prioritize the tasks or notifications most relevant to them.

That said, once you get familiar with the platform, these issues become much less noticeable, and the overall workflow experience is still very solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Automation-First Localization with Strong Integrations and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

I like that Bureau Works feels like a genuinely modern, automation‑first localization platform that still keeps translators and project managers in the loop in a smart way.

It stands out strong because of automation and integrations. It connects easily to CMSs, file storage, and product systems, so you can trigger translation projects automatically when content changes, sync glossaries, and push status updates without manual file passing.

It uses AI for machine translation, translation memory, and even AI‑assisted job assignment, which speeds up repetitive work while keeping consistency across projects.

Users highlight that it centralizes all translation tasks, glossaries, and TMs in one place and that the UI makes creating projects and managing work straightforward.

Freelancers and teams often mention transparent project information, on‑time payments, and responsive support, which suggests the company invests in a good working relationship, not just the tech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

I dislike that Bureau Works can feel opaque and a bit over‑engineered at times, especially from a translator or new user’s point of view.

Platform and UX issues, Confusing interface and workflows. Sometimes it can take substantial amount of time to understand how to use the platform and that certain workflows have too many steps for simple tasks.

Also, some times I cannot see project pay details, percentages or their own error history in a way that helps them improve.

Occasional performance and workflow glitches slow performance with large files, QA tools that over‑flag non‑issues and errors like not being able to claim tasks immediately when they appear.

Business and trust concerns about pricing and value questions. Custom translation work is somewhat expensive compared with other agencies and I think delivered quality did not match the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
