What I like best about wxrks is that it stays out of the way and lets the work flow naturally. There’s not much I actively dislike about wxrks, but a few areas could still be improved. Some of the automation and workflow configuration settings have a bit of a learning curve at first, especially for more advanced setups. Once everything is configured it works well, but getting there can take some trial and error.

I’ve also noticed that QA alerts can sometimes be too sensitive and flag things that aren’t really issues, which creates a little extra review work. In some parts of the platform, especially dashboards, more customization options would also help reduce visual clutter and make navigation faster.

Not a dislike per se but an improvement point for wxrks.

We have several integrations with other platforms in our ecosystem, so rely heavily on the API. We have had multiple occasions where API changes were not announced, breaking our connections and requiring us to find an emergency fix while we have active projects.

wxrks are constantly innovating and bringing out new features and platform improvements, however, we don't always get informed about these.
