I like the platform’s ease of use, organized workflow, and ability to manage tasks efficiently. It helps streamline work processes and makes collaboration more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

Some features could be more intuitive, and navigation can occasionally feel confusing. Faster performance, improved notifications, and a more streamlined user experience would make the platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love to be a part of Bureau Works."
5/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

What I liked best about working with Bureau Works was the smooth and professional experience throughout the translation and proofreading project. I had the opportunity to work on English-language content, and it was truly a great experience. The team members, especially the project manager, were incredibly supportive and helpful at every stage. Their clear communication and collaborative approach made the process efficient and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Bureau Works to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed localization platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

There’s honestly nothing I disliked about working with Bureau Works. The overall experience was smooth and professional. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I wish projects came a bit more frequently. It would be even better if there were more consistent opportunities, as I truly enjoyed being part of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Hassle-Free QA Tool Translators Can Actually Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

It's a good-working tool - that's something already - and it won't give you hassles. QA is good and customizable. It's really something that a translator can actually use as a help, thus I can tell any colleague not to be scared about using it in their workflow or when they are requested to use in an assignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

Sometimes it's a bit slow to move through segments. Here, it would help to have a little bit more agility. Also searching isn't always reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Features but Needs UI Improvements"
3/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

I use wxrks for translation and proofreading projects, and I appreciate how it centralizes project-related information allowing me to complete tasks within a single environment. It's great for accessing assigned work and keeping track of project progress. I like how wxrks structures workflow, making it easy to track my progress. The translation memory and glossary integration are valuable for maintaining consistency across projects. The 'Sous Chef' tool is also interesting and useful, as it helps adapt translations based on tone, audience, and formality, especially for marketing or customer-facing content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

For me, the main area for improvements is the overall user experience. The platform offers useful features, yes, but I don't always find the interface as intuitive as other translation environments I use. Certain features/workflows feel more complex than necessary, and sometimes I take too long to access or find information. Like some advanced features are not always easy to find/discover. I find myself looking for them on Google or YouTube tutorials. Also, the platforms can feel overwhelming. Quite hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Translation with a User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

I really like how wxrks helps me work faster and more accurately when doing translation. I appreciate the presentation aspect of the software. The Ctrl+Enter combination to move to the next segment is very valuable to me. Setting up wxrks was easy, and I found the portal to be quite friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

I like everything about Wxrks: the way projects are laid out on the home page, and how you can join multiple files and translate them all within one single thread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple layout and effortless reporting - all that you need!"
5/5
What do you like best about wxrks?

I think it is the simplicity that works the best for me - the simplicity of the layout, and the ease of reporting in particular make me consider wxrks distinct from its competitors, and highly helpful to both up-and-coming and established translators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about wxrks?

The only thing that comes to my mind so far is the relative lack of background colors that can be changed. Due to my personal circumstances and the necessity of working from wildly different areas, the ability to change background not just from white to black, but also to something else, is actually very important, and so I hope there will be changes in this regard. Automation of repetitive tasks: It handles project setup, file parsing, and formatting automatically, so translators spend more time on language and less on logistics. In addition, centralized terminology management: Glossaries and style guides are built in, ensuring consistency across projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
