- Missing information for translators that affects the quality of the translation:

1. in the source text I often have only a number (Ctrl+i) that refers to a certain world, but I do not know the word, therefore the overall meaning of my translation and the use of certain articles, conjugations might be ambiguous.

2. same goes for abbreviations, when I only have capital letters and do not know what ther refer to

3. I never had images/videos as reference materials for the translation. For example an English word can have multiple translations in Hungarian depending on how a certain object looks

- The Ai assistant sometimes works extra. I mentioned already the first two points as a feedback, and the Ai assistant added some extra info to my ticket I never said. Nevertheless, no change was made anyway, we still have the same problems.

The software is very advanced, but still easy to use. Everything works just as you'd expect and the AI tools have gone off the roof, making my daily workflow fast and steady. UI is logical and everything is where they need to be.

Projects are also very transparent, being able to see the total AND net word rates along with a text sample is a big plus. It's things like these that separate good and top tier platforms.

Project managers and everybody else that I've been in contact with have been very friendly and helpful. I've not had much problems but when something feels unsure, they are always happy and fast to respond with whatever you ask.

I was grandfathered in from a company I contract for, but it seems very simple for me to input my invoices and data which is all I am after. I use wxrks because I can access the tasks from any device with an internet connection, and its user interface is clear and intuitive. I like the option to join all separate tasks from one project into one editor and work on all strings at the same time. The translation memory is very helpful, and the option to search for terms and expressions in the TM is something I always use. It's also super easy to set up, just log in with e-mail and password. The automated translation for the Bulgarian language makes some suggestions for the translation of technical terms out of context, so I have to use it with care. Also, when searching for terms in the translation memory, the default view is only 5 results. If I change the number of results, it resets to 5 when I go back and forth in different features.
