Bunya Command Centre is the practice operating system for Australian financial advice firms, built by Bunya AI. Command Centre takes clients from first meeting to implemented advice in one system. It brings together client records, fact finds, Statement of Advice requests, implementation, annual reviews and ongoing fee consent, with the evidence kept as the work happens. Instead of a patchwork of CRM, spreadsheets and point tools, the team works from one client record and one workflow. AI prepares the work, such as file notes, request packs and paperwork, and a person on the team checks and approves every step. Command Centre is installed in the firm's own Microsoft 365 and owned outright. It is shaped around how the firm already works through a Blueprint agreed before rollout. Two optional add-ons extend it: Broadcast HQ for marketing and client communications, and Bunya Voice for calls, meetings and follow-up. Bunya AI is an Australian team working with established and growing advice firms.
