I use Bunny across a few parts of a video-heavy web product: Stream for user-generated videos (HLS playback + MP4 downloads), Storage for related assets/metadata (JSON, transcripts, audio, uploads), and the CDN for delivering cached static assets like fonts and landing-page files. It’s been consistently fast and reliable, and the pricing is the most cost-effective I’ve found for this mix of use cases (especially compared to some of the “all-in-one” video platforms). We use it daily in production, and integration was quick, we were streaming and serving assets within a few days without needing a lot of glue code.

As a developer, I also appreciate that you can integrate everything via APIs without being forced into a specific player or opinionated workflow. We run a custom player and the docs have been enough to build on.

Another big plus for me is being able to keep the stack EU-based, which was a deciding factor.

Support has also been genuinely great: quick replies, and helpful even for more advanced / less common questions. Some of the Stream product still feels a bit geared toward simpler “host a video and embed it” workflows, so if you’re doing more custom / developer-heavy pipelines you sometimes have to stitch pieces together yourself, although it's totally workable. The dashboard is fine once you learn it, but a few areas could be clearer, especially around “what’s ready” (e.g., when specific renditions are fully available) and how different settings interact.
