Bundleflow is a client portal and document collection platform for companies that need to request, track and check documents from clients, suppliers and other external parties. Typical uses: supplier onboarding and vendor compliance (certifications, insurance policies and other documents that expire), client onboarding and KYC document requests for accounting and professional firms, due diligence, ESG data collection across the supply chain, exhibitor and contractor documents for trade shows and events. How it works You build a checklist of the documents you need, each with its own deadline, and invite the counterpart. They open a link and sign in with a one-time email link or with their Google or Microsoft account, without creating a password. They see only what is asked of them, upload files and reply to comments. Automatic reminders go out before each deadline, and your team follows the status of every document in one place. AI document screening When a document arrives, Bundleflow's AI reads it and suggests whether to accept or reject it, flagging issues such as an expired certificate or missing information and proposing a comment for the counterpart. The decision always stays with your team. Templates Reusable templates turn recurring processes into a standard request you can launch again and again: supplier qualification, client onboarding, due diligence, ESG questionnaires, event documentation. Security and hosting Data is hosted in the EU and AI processing runs in EU regions. Bundleflow is built by Impulso.Space, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified, which has used the same approach to manage the documentation behind more than 40 satellites launched with its customers. The interface is currently available in Italian.
