Persona Management model when you have a fragmented operation (many countries, subsidiaries, line of business). To have a persona view (all up) when they are participating in different environments is doable but labor intensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pay for the professional services, they are truly business partners looking to set you for success. not cheap but worth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bunchball Nitro solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Bunchball Nitro?

From a birds-eye view, the idea is spectacular- encourage consumer participation through "gamification," allowing users to gain points by performing preferred tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bunchball Nitro?

They don't provide a viable option for consumer goods, with the exception of those requiring support forums. Overall, I'm yet to see it implemented in an effective way by typical analog brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
