The Bullseye team were amazing to work with - professional and very responsive not to mention friendly. Throughout our implementation (which is nearing completion), their team was consistently accommodating and the technical requirements were nothing complex or unusual leading to a smooth implementation. **What do you dislike about BullseyeEngagement?** If I had any feedback for the Bullseye team, it would be to have their technical requirements documented in an easy-to-digest format for new implementations (sftp configs, allowlist domains/addresses, frequency). **What problems is BullseyeEngagement solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a Succession Planning solution and Bullseye's application, including their delivered competencies, fit best with our usecase. ### 2. The ease of use of the system, the exceptional customer service, the system capabilities are all amazing! We love that there is an app, ad the social media style platform is easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about BullseyeEngagement?** I honestly haven't found anything I don't like. The team makes everything easy. **What problems is BullseyeEngagement solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a large field force and using Bullseye as a communication tool enables us to stay in touch real time with our work force. With so much information getting list in multiple emails, it is an easy way to push out information to our teams. Utilizing the pulse survey function allows us to see what the current needs are and areas that need attention. We initially were looking for a tool to communicate and survey our employees. The performance management piece was a welcome bonus! ### 3. Great tool for clear 360 degree performance analysis! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Monika C. | Payroll Specialst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2019 **What do you like best about BullseyeEngagement?** Customizable - I was able to utilize Bullseye's platform and plug in our own culture's language, inputing terminally unique to our industry and workforce. I also liked how the program enabled the supervisor's to assign tasks and projects through the software, and the employee could input their progress. By inputing data on a regular basis, it serves a tool to remind the supervisor/employee of the goals and responsibilities that each individual accomplished. **What do you dislike about BullseyeEngagement?** I haven't used for a few years, and back then, our employees were accustomed to task assignments in Outlook, that did not transfer over into Bullseye engagement. The problem was in trying to get supervisors to use multiple programs/platforms to communicate about tasks and projects. Of course, using bullseye was more ideal, because one could truly illustrate various facets of projects, and Outlook doesn't have the capability. but if something simple could get started in Outlook, to be updated/illustrated later, it would have helped those people afraid technology to cross that bridge. **Recommendations to others considering BullseyeEngagement:** Provide training to the supervisors who will be using this product. Although it seems simple to figure out to an experienced technology user, it can intimate supervisors. If underutilized, this is an expensive alternative to Microsoft Word! If possible, hire an outside consultant for training program. **What problems is BullseyeEngagement solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a great tool, when it is fully utilized.
