"Search Function Needs Significant Improvement"

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

I find it easy to log notes and like that you can save templates. I also find the analytics function helpful and thorough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Overall the system is slow and chlunky. Biggest dislike is the search function. The system is so heavily based on how the original applicant data is input that the search function is essentially useless if you have multiple users entering data in different ways. Too many different ways to enter data and the search function does not seem to pick up on this which inmpacts outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
