This website is excellent for staffing companies to be able to keep organized information on clients and candidates. The platform allows me to move efficiently day to day without forgetting any necessary information along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

I can not think of many negatives surrounding Bullhorn. The one thing that comes to mind is sometimes certain functions can move a little slower than others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Bullhorn Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

I love how I am able to see all of my clients on a huge map. Making it easier for me give our accurate info. I also like how easy it is for my colleagues to see my notes and information they may need. I have no reason to reach out to anyone for info because you can put any and everything into Bullhorn. What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

I dislike like we can't delete our own mistakes. We have to go through our operations team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Still some strong features, but struggling vs competing tools"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn are clearly attempting to do all they can to invest in their platform and are genuinely well-meaning when they try to deliver value, their support efforts are strong, even when their resolution efforts aren't and their customer success team are knowledgeable and proactive....once you manage to find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Unfortunately, the Bullhorn ATS continued to feel cumbersome and outdated. Many basic features of the analytics reporting tool are not fit for purpose and simply cannot recognize data from the ATS. I applaud the tech support team for acknowledging that these are all valid issues stemming from an acquired platform tool, and they are working to rectify them. However, it seems as though they are always running on sand, and everything is a 'workaround' rather than a solution. The automation tools are honestly far behind the competition in innovation and execution, there is limited integration with Linkedin and zero reverse integration with Linkedin lookup tools, so it is often quicker just to enter searches manually into Linkedin and almost always more accurate. The 'livechat' feature for support has never had a live agent available in over 5 years and the customer success team admitted that they didn't even know that feature existed. Support has improved recently with the hub, but it still takes days to get a resolution for anything. The Bullhorn ATS feels as though it is racing to stay relevant and competitive. We are annoyed that we pay so much for the automation tool when there are multiple alternatives for a fraction of the price with far superior features and execution. The IOS app is very difficult to log into, regularly suggests that you are not registered for features when the real issue is that you have entered your password incorrectly. "First Week with Bullhorn – Game-Changer for Our Team's Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn's interface is modern, intuitive, and incredibly responsive. The ease of navigation between candidates, jobs, and clients has made a noticeable difference in our team's efficiency. The automation features—like task reminders, email triggers, and pipeline visibility—have been immediate productivity boosters. Even within the first week of using Bullhorn, we’ve seen faster turnaround on candidate submissions and stronger collaboration across the recruitment team. The mobile accessibility is also a standout, giving our consultants real-time access to data while on the go. Compared to our previous ATS, Bullhorn feels like a major step forward in usability and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

There’s a slight learning curve with the customization options—particularly with setting up reports and automations exactly how we want them—but that’s to be expected with a platform as robust as Bullhorn. Some minor UI quirks (like spacing or screen refreshes) have popped up, but they’re not deal-breakers and are likely just part of adjusting to a new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and is efficient with all of our company needs!"
5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

I am able to easily access my clients and quickly review emails on one page. I love that my mass emails for marketing are always sent, regardless of the number of client emails. The reminders that are emailed to me, help me stay organized. I like the logo too! We use Bullhorn daily!

When we integrated with Bullhorn, the support team was very patient with us. This system is much more efficient and easier than our last system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

I wish I could click backwards, instead of research. The time out is sometimes frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Light Industrial Company using Bullhorn."
4/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

There are numerous technological advancements available when using Bullhorn, including AI, Automation, Analytics, and Onboarding Talent Platform features, to name a few. There are fantastic custom features that have been added, specifically for us, including the Mass Rate Update tool, Mass Assignments, and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

The need to customize to fit our business model has been a significant challenge. We are a data-driven company that recognizes that details are crucial. I'd love to see the Company entity within Bullhorn have a few more custom data fields than it does. It is likely not an issue for most companies, but it is for us. 5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn makes it easy to keep track of candidates, jobs, clients, and communications, without having to jump to other platforms. The profiles show the history of the candidate, making it easy to build and keep relationships. The advanced search helps find candidates within seconds. Bullhorn filters by skills, location, and availability. Alyssa Cataldo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

When I first started to us Bullhorn I was overwhelmed by all the information. Bullhorn could be slow at times because it's a huge database. Emailing with bullhorn isn't always coinvent compared to outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Time-Saving ATS with Room for Integration Improvements"
4/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

As a Senior Recruiter, I appreciate how Bullhorn simplifies my daily workflow. The premade templates are a huge time-saver for outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling, allowing me to focus more on candidate engagement, strategic recruiting and less on repetitive tasks. The interface is intuitive, and the system is reliable for tracking candidate progress and communication history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

One limitation is the lack of direct integration with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms. Having these integrations would help bring in a broader pool of high-level candidates and streamline sourcing efforts without needing to toggle between systems.
