"Bullhorn is a great ATS and Application"
5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

The best thing about Bullhorn is firstly the user friendly interface of the application. It is really easy to use, handle and there is ease of implementation. Secondly, I can work on many Talent profiles at the same time by pinning the profiles in the application which leads to easy switching between the profiles. Also, If I get the call from a Talent, I can just put the number on Bullhorn to check who is the Talent thereby making me easy to keep a tab on each talent.

Customer support team is also very efficient as they resolve the issue quickly.

In our case, Bullhorn is integrated with AHA compliance tool, which makes a lot more easy for us to keep a tab on every talent which makes me to use this application frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Bad thing about Bullhorn is sometimes, it becomes glitchy and it lags at the moment which makes it harder for me to switch between the talent's profile and ultimately, it leads to frustration and loss of productivity.

Also sometimes, we see some weird pattern on the left side where we have the talent profile like some inside information written in the first page which makes it difficult to identify the profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I really enjoy using it. You can do pretty much everything you could want."

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

I love the consistent updates with Bullhorn. They are always making improvements to make the experience more seamless and efficient. I also really enjoy how you can make calls or texts to people just by making one click. I find the system to be very effective, and makes my job much easier. What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

When I first started, I found Bullhorn to be very complicated, and not very user-friendly. This has obviously changed over time, and I am very comfortable with Bullhorn now. Also, there tends to be quite a few times while I have been here where the connection has been very slow. The bullhorn servers seem to be not super reliable. "Best Recruiting Software"
5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

1. Centralized Workflow

Bullhorn does a good job of consolidating candidate, client, and job data into one ecosystem. I can view job orders, track submissions, monitor interviews, and manage placements without needing to toggle between too many tools.

2. Candidate Tracking & Submissions

The ability to parse resumes, assign candidates to jobs, and track every submission stage (especially when paired with tearsheets or distribution lists) is a big time-saver.

3. Notes & Activity Logging

Logging calls, emails, and touchpoints helps ensure that nothing falls through the cracks—especially when working across teams or handing off a lead to a recruiter.

4. Email Integration

I like that Bullhorn integrates directly with Outlook. Having visibility into email threads and the ability to log communications helps me maintain consistency with clients and candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

2. Reporting Limitations

The built-in reporting is underwhelming unless you’ve got admin-level customization. As an AE, I’d love easier access to real-time dashboards that show submission ratios, pipeline velocity, or revenue projections.

3. Performance & Load Times

Bullhorn can lag during peak usage, especially when filtering tearsheets or running advanced searches. That delay adds up when you’re trying to move quickly in a fast-paced sales environment.

4. Lack of Flexibility for Territories

With Soliant shifting to a territorial model, I’ve noticed that Bullhorn doesn’t always play nice with regional assignment filters. Assignments sometimes bleed across state lines or require manual cleanup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our Experience with Bullhorn: What Works and What Doesn’t"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn’s dedicated customer success managers are great partners. Whether it's a simple question or a more complex issue, their team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they’re invested in our success—you never feel like you're left on your own.

Their integration capabilities are another major strength. Bullhorn connects easily with the other tools and platforms. It’s made a big difference in how smoothly our systems operate day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

While Bullhorn has many strengths, general support response times can sometimes be a challenge. In certain cases, especially with less urgent tickets, response and resolution times have felt slower than expected. It would be great to see more consistency and quicker turnaround across all support tiers.

Additionally, while we have had success with implementation partners for specialized enhancements to Bullhorn to fit our company needs, it would be great if we had to access to do more customizations within our platform without having to use external resources, incurring additional cost. "A reliable platform for managing onboarding and compliance from start to finish"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

What I like best about Bullhorn is that it brings everything related to a talent or placement into one central location. I can easily track compliance status, document uploads, communication history, and task deadlines without needing to jump between different tools. The visibility it gives across teams whether it's recruiting, compliance, or account management makes coordination much more efficient. It saves time and helps prevent things from falling through the cracks, especially when working with multiple talents at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

One downside of Bullhorn is that it can be slow or lag when switching between records or working across multiple tabs. Sometimes the system logs out unexpectedly, and you lose your place in a candidate file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Bullhorn for over a year now, and it's truly transformed the way our team manages the recruitment process. From its intuitive user interface to its powerful automation capabilities, Bullhorn streamlines everything—from candidate sourcing and tracking to client communication and reporting.

The reporting and analytics tools also give us clear visibility into our performance, helping us make smarter decisions and improve efficiency across the board.

Bullhorn has become an essential part of our daily operations. Our team utilizes the platform every single day, and it consistently delivers on performance, reliability, and ease of use. From applicant tracking to client communication, Bullhorn streamlines our workflow and keeps everything organized in one place.

One of the most impressive aspects of Bullhorn is their commitment to continuous improvement. Their customer service team is always working proactively to enhance the user experience, and they’re incredibly responsive whenever support is needed. Whether it's onboarding new team members or integrating Bullhorn with other tools, the process is smooth and well-supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

While Bullhorn can occasionally experience slowdowns—likely due to the high volume of users—it’s worth noting that these instances are rare and typically short-lived. The platform’s technical team is quick to identify and resolve any performance lags, minimizing disruption to our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LOVE Bullhorn!!!"
5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

The functionality of Bullhorn is amazing. It is so much better than other CRMs I've used. My learning curve to master what I needed for its use in my role in business development was a couple of hours - that's it. There are more advanced functions I look forward to adopting in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

I occasionally encounter problems like designating someone inactive at one company and re-inputting them at another company. The difficulty is when I try to save the new entry, it sometime fails to save. Also when I go from a company to a contact and I want to go back to the company field, I hit the back button expecting to go back to the previous field and it fails to get me there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, time saving platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn’s interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to manage candidates, clients, and job postings in one place. The search functionality and customizable filters save a lot of time when sourcing talent, and I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with email and other tools. The workflow automation features also help reduce repetitive tasks so I can focus more on relationship-building. Great Customer Support, and I use it every day, all day. Very easy to implement daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

While the system is powerful, some reporting features feel limited without customization, and certain tasks require more clicks than necessary. The mobile app lacks some of the desktop functionality, which can make on-the-go updates trickier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
