"Efficient, user-friendly platform for recruiting and staffing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn offers a clean and intuitive interface that makes managing the recruitment lifecycle seamless. The search functionality is powerful and helps us filter candidates quickly based on specific criteria. Integration with email and LinkedIn is smooth, which significantly speeds up communication and outreach. The reporting and analytics tools are also incredibly helpful in tracking KPIs and recruiter performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

The mobile version of Bullhorn could use improvement, especially for on-the-go tasks like reviewing candidate profiles or adding quick notes. At times, the system can feel a bit sluggish when handling large data volumes. Customization options for dashboards and workflows could also be expanded to better fit specific organizational needs. 5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn is user-friendly and straightforward to implement, with helpful onboarding that eases setup. It offers a wide range of features, including automation and combined ATS/CRM tools, which users rely on daily. Integrations with platforms like LinkedIn and job boards are seamless, helping streamline workflows. While customer support can sometimes be slow, Bullhorn’s strong feature set and ease of use make it a valuable tool for staffing firms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn is a solid platform, but it has its downsides. The mobile app is fairly limited compared to the desktop version, which can be frustrating for recruiters who need flexibility on the go. Customer support can sometimes be slow, particularly with billing issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What i like most is the ability to view data necessary to assist our associates for example, ability to send onboarding tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

"Great for sourcing, but the editing interface and candidate progress tracking need improvement."
2.5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn makes it easy to add candidates directly from LinkedIn, which streamlines sourcing and saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

The editing page is crammed onto one page, making it feel cluttered and harder to navigate. It would be much better if the sections were broken up more cleanly. I also think there should be a clearer, more intuitive way to view candidate progress from the job record so it’s easier to track where someone is in the process at a glance. "Bullhorn Review – Clean Layout, but Limited Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

As a timekeeping system, Bullhorn is very user-friendly. The layout is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate, even for those who aren't tech-savvy. Entering and reviewing time is straightforward, and the streamlined design helps reduce confusion or errors. It does a good job of simplifying the basics, which is important for a tool that gets used daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Where Bullhorn falls short—at least in our setup—is in its limited reporting capabilities and lack of flexibility for adjustments. Running custom reports or making corrections isn’t always possible, or at least not easily done. I believe some of these issues might stem from our organization’s permission settings rather than the system itself, but it still impacts how efficiently we can manage time data and resolve issues when they arise. "12 years with Bullhorn / Invenias"
5/5
What do you like best about Bullhorn?

We have been using Invenias for 12 years and the tool is incredible. All new partners and researchers that we bring in are impressed with the simplicity of the tool. Allsearches are handled using it and the integration with linkedin helps our process significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

We feel that we under use the tool and it is hard or innefective the support to understand best practice. Specially on managerial views. We know it is possible to extract relevant information and KPIs on how our teams are working but we have trouble getting it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
