What I dislike or find inconvenient about Bullhorn is that our onboarding process still has to be heavily tailored for each vendor. We’re not only onboarding IC contractors and W-2 employees, but also subvendors, which means sending onboarding documents through email, then downloading and re-uploading all candidate records into Bullhorn. Bullhorn has been one of the easiest CRM's i have used, finding leads and clients hasn't been smoother. I love the amount of options i am able to control to find certain candidates for example, in the resume tab. I use bullhorn everyday but still learning someone new. I love the metrics page as well.

Job posting was super confusing at first, having to go to the job publishing tab to actually send it out. Though once getting the hang of it, i enjoyed that i was able to just make a copy and change little details like the city and post it out to get more attraction.

Very simple system to use in terms of candidate & client tracking with touchpoints tracked across the team. Our team have multiple members engaging with the same clients so it's beneficial to be able to see recent communication etc quickly and easily.

It's simple to implement and work with extensions the business also uses to track metrics & performances.

I use it daily & it massively reduces the admin workload through the integration systems they have in place. Our customer support has always been there if we have issues too.
