I also like how everything is in one spot with onboarding as well as the assignment. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** The timesheet approvers seem to never get the email, especially the back up approvers and it is difficult to help them. It is straightforward and user friendly. You're able to customize and filter specific tabs to your job function. You're able to pin multiple profiles, which allows you to toggle between them, increasing your effieciency and time. Great customer support for implementation and thereafter. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** The search function isn't intuitive. It's very specific- either just a first name or last name or the whole first and last name. Very time consuming to upload documents and link to credentials/placements. Or if you input the wrong expiration date, sometimes you're not able to edit it to update it you have to redo the credential. **What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Applicant tracking and onboarding. I enjoy the ease of training on this software, the analytics to keep up with company numbers, and the internal tools such as hotbook, sourcing, and merging profiles. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** Overall Bullhorn is a very efficient system, but one thing I would change is entering in a new candidate profile, you could add them to a requisition at the same time to save a step. It's simple to navigate but offers a ton of helpful features that are fully customizable. Staying organized is key in the recruiting industry, and Bullhorn makes that possible via integrations and useful tools that enhance workflows and boost efficiency and productivity. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** I sometimes find their search feature to be ineffective and inaccurate, and there are often glitches that require me to reload the application multiple times before it's working properly again. **What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bullhorn helps our entire team to know where candidates stand, reducing confusion and overlap while enhancing productive use of our time. It's integration with LinkedIn and other platforms make it an easy one-stop shop and reduces time spent navigating multiple tools. ### 30. I have been locked on a frozen candidate profile multiple times which negatively impacts my work throughout the day. **What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bullhorn allows for me to quick review candidate profiles as well as client profiles. Each of our divisions has a different onboarding/business process and Bullhorn gives us the ability to still house all divisions in one place. We have been very lucky with our account management team as well. They are always willing to assist/jump on calls when we have questions or issues. **What do you dislike about Bullhorn?** Calling in/Submitting tickets to technical support has always been our top issue. They are not great at giving updates and when tickets get escalated, things get very lost with miscommunication. With that being said, they recently swtiched their escalation/priority process and it does seem to be getting better. **What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining the process and making things more efficient. ### 35.
