I like the fact you can buy bulk credits that get applied toward each SMS sent to customers directly from our website. I also like that customers feel like we are updating them along the way through their post-purchase process by providing order confirmation, shipping confirmation and delivery notices via text message. It would be better to have an option where a user can download the historical SMS messages sent. Recommendations to others considering BulkSMS.com: BulkSMS is a great system to send bulk SMS messages to your lists with easy to use admin panel, upload feature and credit buying feature via credit card, which instantly post to your account balance. We did investigate a number of different SMS providers and the pricing was extremely favourable compared to other solutions that we looked at. We needed a solution that was flexible and that worked globally, as we are a multi-national company. Another advantage of Bulk SMS was the simplicity of the initial setup. When we first set up and integrated Bulk SMS into our systems, it was surprising how quickly we were able to get it all working with our existing systems.
