This is the easiest of the bulk sms programs I have ever used. It is so easy that I have been able to convince a number of other companies to convert; by simply showing them the program on my laptop. The ability to import the contact list from other sources, using the .CSV or Excel functions, make porting from other programs very attractive. Once you get used to the way the application works and realize how easy it is to use, then there is nothing that to dislike concerning the program. Recommendations to others considering BulkSMS.com: Simply the easiest and most productive use of your time to have this program in your organization; the costing benfits help enormously as well. We are able to communicate urgent messages with all the members in our organization by making use of the templates facility and the group facility under contacts. This has saved us an enormous amount of time as we do not have to send individual messages singly. This is a really useful service; when we need to contact our mobile phone estate with a question, or a prompt, we can do this in minutes. It tells you as you compose your message whether it will use one or more credits so you know how much you are being charged instantly and can make a decision accordingly. It is an incredibly flexible service allowing you to send an SMS from desktop, from your phone or through an app. Analysis of who has received your message and when they have been delivered is immediately available and downloadable in excel or csv files which make it very easy to interrogate and analyse. Customer services have also been really helpful when I wanted to raise the limit on the number of SMS we could send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BulkSMS.com? I don't really have particular complaints, but maybe: - Having to format the data into delimited text files - The fact that when you want download a file, the link is practically the same colour as the text so it doesn't look clickable - I would like to be able to arrange the information in the Contacts more usefully, to arrange by customer or campaign, not just alphabetically by file name? - This is an SMS-related comment, rather than related to BulkSMS, but even though we pre-warn employees/customers etc that they will be receiving an SMS from us, a large number still expect it to be a scam Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Beyond the price, the service is easy to use, recharge, and very reliable. I have been using them for about 10 years now without a glitch. Really there is not a log more to say. The only compliant I have is the lack of a US based payment provider. At times we have to let our card provider know the charge is ok since it is international.
