Bulk Store Credit is a Shopify app for stores that want to give many customers store credit at the same time, without doing it one by one. Instead of typing in each customer and amount by hand, the merchant uploads a CSV file with a list of customers and credit amounts, and the app issues Shopify's built-in store credit to all of them at once. This works for things like rewarding loyal customers, making up for a shipping delay, running a win-back campaign, or migrating balances from another loyalty system. The app does not use points or discount codes. It uses Shopify's own store credit feature, so the balance shows up directly on the customer's account and can be used at checkout like normal. There is also a storefront widget that shows customers their current store credit balance, so they know they have credit to spend. On top of manual CSV uploads, the app can automatically reward customers after a purchase, turning a single sale into an ongoing reason for the customer to come back. Setup does not require any coding or changes to the store's theme, and it works with any Shopify theme. The free plan allows CSV uploads of up to 20 rows at a time and includes the balance widget, which is enough for small batches or testing the app out. The Pro plan removes the row limit, unlocks automated campaigns and customer filtering, and adds priority support for $49 a month, with a discount for paying yearly. Stores that need something custom built can also hire the Win-Win Apps team directly through a monthly "become our client" plan.
